What's in a name ?

Ponders: Why are there far more derogatory names for women then there are men ?
We are Slags, Sluts, Whores,Skanks,Bitches, C***s, to name a few. Bitch is used that often that its not even seen as an insult anymore. I hear men refer to women as bitches all the time in everyday conversation.

what's the worst we can call a man ? An asshole, a Jerk, a Dickhead. None of them seem as bad as the names they have for us women. For that matter what defines a woman as a C**nt anyway ? Do we have to behave in a certain way to get that label ?
