Update:

The Bro and I have spoken about the yogurt incident and he has stated that he will buy some more for him and me.
And he did buy me 2 chicken snack wraps from McDonalds~ they look as though they are pretty healthy ?

In fact the other day he went there and asked what he could get me for lunch, I said just get one of those burgers off the $ menu( because I don't want to spend all his money) but he refused and said they were full of grease.

He is not such a bad guy really, we had a good long chat yesterday and he understands me, as I do him.
